Special Lunch Thankyou to all our helpers for last Friday’s special lunch. Thankyou to Nicki and Leanne for helping me count orders, to Carmen, Tara and Nicki for helping me with the shopping, and Nicki, Tara, Leanne, Kristy and Nicole for preparing and serving the lunch on the day.
Easter Raffle Thankyou to all our families who donated items to our Easter Raffle and all those who purchased raffle tickets. We were able to give away lots of prizes to our lucky winners! Thankyou to Nicki, Nadine, Jenny, Kristy and Sharon for their help with raffle tickets and making up hampers. Thankyou also to our helpers this morning. Coming Up Next Term: School Banking Day will now be Wednesday School banking will be changing to Wednesday from the beginning of next term. This means our first school banking day will be Wednesday 13th April. The term two rewards will be available to order from that day. Next Meeting Our first meeting for next term will be held on Thursday 14th April, at 9.00am in the KOOSH room. All parents, grandparents, teachers and friends are very welcome to come along. Toddlers are also welcome! Join us for a cuppa to plan our term 2 events. Special Lunches Our first special lunch next term will be Friday 22nd April. Notes will come home the first week of term. We will then be having a Subway special lunch on Friday 13th May. Second Hand Uniform Sale Our next second hand uniform sale will be held Thursday 21st April from 3.30pm. Sales will continue to be held the first Tuesday morning and the third Thursday afternoon of each month during second term. Our most popular items are Kananook logo polo tops and bomber jackets, so if you have a clean out over the school holidays and would like to sell or donate your old uniform items please contact the school office or see Nicki in the yard. School Disco We will be welcoming back Kevin and Lyn Harris from “Little and Trivial Events” to our school disco which will be held on Friday evening 17th June. A great time was had by all last year. Put it in your diary to join us this year! CSEF CLAIMS (Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund)
If you are a holder of a Centrelink Health Care Card (HCC) or Pensioner Concession Card you will be eligible to claim A CSEF payment of $125.00 per child which can be used to-wards camps, sports or excursion expenses for your child. You are still able to make a claim up until 3rd June 2016. Forms can be collected from the Office or downloaded from the following website- www.education.vic.gov.au/csef.
