The Sixteenth review meeting of the State Level Monitoring Committee for PM's Packagewill be held on 25th Auqust 2011 at 0930hrs in the Conference Hall at Banquet Hall under theChairmanship of the Chief Secretary, All concerned are, therefore, requested to make it convenient toattend the same without fail. The project-wise time schedule and format for submission of action takenreport are enclosed herewith at Annexure 'A' and "B" respectively.

2. The following document should be invariably submitted in advance in soft copy as well asin hard copy to the Planning Department latest by 22nd August, 2011 and also by email todirectorplanninq@rediffmail.com, secretaryplan ninq@yahoo.com.
