Concentrate Inordertoobtainahomogeneousmix,theproductwillneed tobepre-mixedbeforebeingaddedtothemachine.Followthe manufacturer’srecommendationsformixing.

Prepare the product separately before proceeding .It is recommended to maintain a product level above the cylinder evaporatorsforconsistentcooling.(Fig.4)

Beforeusingthemachine,allfoodcontactsurfacesandcomponentsmustbecleanedandsanitizedinaccordancetotheWashing&Sanitizingsectionofthismanual.

Over-icingandspiralbladejammingcanbecausedbythewrongthicknesssetting.

Tomaintainhealthstandardsandproductquality,themachineshouldbecleanedasoftenaspossible.

Regularmaintenanceofthecondenserensuresthequalityoftheproductandefficiencyofthemachine.This cleaning should be performed at least once a month .

Sanitizingmustbedonebeforetheinitialuseofthemachineorifitisnotusedforanextendedperiodoftime.

• Fillabasinwithlukewarmwater(Approx.104°F)andaneutraldetergentsuitableforplasticitems.

• DONOTuseabrasivepowderswhichmightaffect the bowl’s transparancy .

• Washallcomponents(exceptthelid)inthebasin.• DO NOT wash the lid by dipping in water . Doing so

may damage electric components .• Useawet,softcloth.• Rinse all parts carefully with clean lukewarm water to

remove any residual soap .• Dryallpartswithasoftcloth.• Ifthemachinewillnotbeinuseforanextended

period,coverandkeepitawayfromdust.

• Remove the back panel by unscrewing the 4 screws .• Useasoftanddrybrushtoremovethedustfromthe

condenserfins.• Whencleaningiscomplete,replacethebackpanel

with the 4 screws .

• RemovetheleftsidestainlesssteelpanelbyunscrewingtheFixingKnob(A)asshown.

• Useasoftanddrybrushtoremovethedustfromthecondenserfins.

• Whencleaningiscomplete,replacethesidepanelwiththeFixingKnob(A).

• Followwashinginstructions .• Makeasolutionoflukewarmwater(Approx.104°F)

andhypochlorite(bleach)witha10gto1Lratio.• Useasoftclothorbrushtoapplythesolution

1 . Fill the bowl with clean water to the MAX Fill Line .2 . TurntheMainPowerSwitchON(I).3 . TurntheSpiralBladeON(I).4 . Let the machine run for 5 minutes .5 . Empty the bowl through the Dispensing Tap .6 . TurntheMainPowerSwitchOFF(0).7 . Useasofttoweltodrytheinsideofthebowl.

1 . Thecoolingperformanceofthemachineisinfluencedby: -Externaltemperature -Initialproducttemperature - Sugar percentage in the product -Thickness/Temperaturesettings2 . Inordertoreducestartuptime,itisstronglyrecommendedthatyounotfillthe bowl with warm or room temperature products . It is recommended to chill the product beforehand .3 . Whenrefillingortoppingoffaproduct,itishighlyrecommendedthatyouchill the added product beforehand .4 . Iftheproductisamixtureofwaterandconcentrate,itneedstobemixedbefore adding to the bowl .

WARRANTY6 Month Replacement WarrantySelect units are eligible for a replacement warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase . It warrants to the original purchaser ofnewNarvonBeverageEquipmentunits(andallpartsthereof),thatsuchequipmentwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship.Narvonequipmentinstalledin/onafoodtruckortrailerwillbelimitedtoaperiodof30Daysfromtheoriginaldateofpurchase.Narvonreservestherighttoapproveordenytherepairorreplacementofanypartorrepairrequest.

NarvonBeverageEquipmentwillnotwarrantcoverageforcomponentfailureorotherdamagesthatariseunderthefollowingconditions:• Failuretoinstalland/orusetheunitwithinproperoperatingconditionsspecifiedbyNarvonBeverageEquipment.• Failuretoproperlymaintaintheunit.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto,basicpreventativemaintenancelikecleaningthe condensercoiloroperationalexpectations,suchaskeepingtheunitadequatelyfilledwithproduct.• Installationinnon-commercialorresidentialapplications.• Products sold or used outside of the United States .• Any damage that occurs as a result of negligence or improper handling .• Overloadingorimproperloadingoftheunitinamannerthatpreventsproperairflow.Additionally,noclaimscanbemadeagainstthiswarrantyforspoilageofproducts,lossofsalesorprofits,oranyotherconsequentialdamages.Normalweartypeparts,suchaslightbulbsandgaskets,arenotincludedinwarrantycoverage.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
