What Is The Pre-Application Process? The overall development process begins with the Pre-Application Process. It gives a potential investor and a community the ability to forecast an approval timeline and identify any major issues or roadblocks at the onset of a project. A well-run Pre-Application Process and Meeting – with customer focused follow-up – can set a project on the path to success and save valuable time for both the investor and the community. Learn how to effectively communicate with potential investors, hold a successful Pre-Application Meeting and engage key members of your development team.
