A certain amount of preparation is re-quired before recep-tion of sacraments to assure that they are received fruitfully and in accordance with the requirements of revelation and church laws. Parish registration precedes preparation for sacra-ments. Wedding - call the Parish Office at least six months in advance of the de-sired wedding date to set up the initial ap-pointment with our pastor, Father Or-lowsky. RCIA, Bap-tism, Confirmation - contact the Parish Office for more infor-mation.
Due to the generosity of St. Francis’
parishioners, October delivered 316 lb totaling 42 bags of food to the Holy Tabernacle Food Bank. Also $530 in cash. Thanksgiving is coming up! You are a blessing!!

Prayer Requests
The Church is open and remains consistent with all federal, state and local guide-lines (e.g. 6-foot distance and facemasks) and the guidelines issued by the Diocese of Arlington. Bishop Burbidge will maintain the dispensation from at-tending Sunday Mass and Holy Days of Obligation throughout the Diocese until further notice. Masks must be worn by everyone 5 years of age and up.
Confessions are: Tuesdays at noon and Wednesday evenings at 6 PM. There will be NO Saturday confessions until further notice. Please maintain social distancing at all times while in the church. A distance of six feet must be main-tained as well as masks for everyone 5 years of age and up.

The Parish office is still closed to the public, but please call for Mass Intention needs, registering, questions, etc.
Prayer for the Departed During the month of November a Prayer request book will be on the table in the vestibule to list
departed relatives and friends who we can pray for. (In addition to the regular prayer request book)

Hats, gloves, scarves, boys & girls socks (small & large), underwear, and assorted sizes of sweat pants (sizes 5, 6, 7, & 8). They also need chap stick & Kleenex packs, small bottles of hand sani-tizer, & No. 2 pencils - for Lancaster Primary and Middle school children. Basket is in the vestibule!

The Knights of Columbus fourth degree assembly requests religious Christmas card donations.
Knights will give cards to veterans in the Richmond VA hospital and who cannot be with family during the Holy Season.
