Abstract Since a long time ago, the stone age man had started traveling
and migrating from one place to another without any restriction or hindrance, in an effort to search for better conditions to ensure his survival, and escaping from the nature rigors and the natural disasters, such as floods ,famines, earthquakes and drought… in search of a livelihood. There were many reasons of the migration to include other fields, and the most notably, the quest for security or stability escaping from the systems rigors, and the migration of our prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, is the best example that can be given.

In the current era, the economic and the sociological motives come at the forefront of the migration causes, besides the security, pushing countries which receive immigrants to issue laws and measures for reducing this phenomenon, and this has led the spread of the Irregular migration which is known as the illegal immigration. This article will analyze the issue of the immigration by, the definition of this phenomenon, its causes and forms ,and methods of achieving it, with identifying the positive and negative effects on the individual and society, whether immigrant community or the receivers.

Abstract The present study aimed to identify the social support in patients with diabetes. Abstract This study aimed to find out the reality of occupational safety and regulatory environment and their relationship with workers job performance, and by using the descriptive approach, and the application of the occupational safety procedures questionnaire prepared by Sakar Elmaghni Amima (2006), andthe organizational climate measure prepared by Ayman Soulimane Silem Abou Souirah and Youcef Abd Attia Bahr (2009), and the functional performance questionnaire prepared by Derrouazi Karim (2011) on a sample composed of 42 workers from the food production units in the district of Bordj Bou Arreridj, the results showed the following: - The presence of statistically significant relationship between occupationalsafetyprocedures at work, and job performance of workers. - The presence of statistically significant relationship between organizational climate at work, and job performance of workers. - The presence of statistically significant relationship between occupational safety procedures and the organizational climate at work, and job performance of workers. The results were interpreted in light of the out come of the psychological héritage and previous studies on the subject, andthe study was finally culminated in a set of recommendations and proposals. Abstract : Dialogue is a societal and civilizational value on both internal and external levels of societies, this last, in a lot of cases is biased to previuos convictions based on ancient beliefs, the thing which prevents the realisation of stability in areas where different religions coexiste and prevents agreement with other countries, thus, failure in the realisation of international peace ans safety which will never exist unless the interlocuters give up their ideological and dogmatic bias. The problem appeares in dialogues discussing topics about religious beliefs specially when speaking about the prophet Mohamed (peace and blessing be upon him).

Abstract: The industrial zones are one of the most important economic
projects implemented by Algeria, which aims to develop the industrial sector in particular, and to solve economic and social problems in general. However, the industrial expansion has important implications socially and environmentally. In effect, the Algerian industrial competition is threatened because of the non-coherent industrial model with the environmental aspect, and the concept of social welfare has not been achieved, and the concept of quality of life remains a not achievable goal. Moreover, there is no balance between of education and socialization, moral values and the urban character caused by the industrial growth. Hence, social mobility and low fertility rates and marriage have made the quality of life among sustainable development plans an unreached goal. Key Word : Industrial Zones, environmental impact, social impact.
