THE CS WAREHOUSE
The CS Warehouse is an event venue located in the heart of the RiNo Art District in Downtown Denver. Built in 1937, the venue encapsulates the charm of the RiNo neighborhood with the barrel roof design, brick walls, high ceilings with exposed wood beams, and an open floor format.
From corporate events, to parties and weddings, the venue’s creative possibility and centralized location make it the ideal space to impress your guests. The 6,500 sq. ft. warehouse includes a main gallery floor with several breakout rooms and can accommodate 40 to 400 people. It is the optimal mix of a flexible open space, a convenient and trendy location, and a team to exceed your needs.
The CS Warehouse is the event venue business of Cultivated Synergy, a coworking space devoted to cultivating startups in the community.

The River North Art District, more popularly known as “RiNo”, encapsulates the best of Denver’s charm. With its mix of modern colorful murals and its vintage-looking brick architecture, and centralized location near downtown Denver, RiNo is the ideal location to impress & entertain visitors.

By day, the CS Warehouse is Cultivated Synergy, an active and vibrant community of entrepreneurs that use the space for
coworking and networking... in fact, that is what we are known for! With our large open floor plan layout and multiple
breakout rooms, our space is ideal for corporate events ranging from large scale dinners, to all day conferences, and
cocktail hours.

The CS Warehouse has been honored to be the venue of many weddings in all seasons. Located in the heart of the RiNo
Arts District, your guests will be impressed by the outstanding wall murals and the vibrant nightlife in the neighborhood.
The flexibility of our space allows for up to 200 people seated. With your wedding booking, you’ll have access to our
private rooms in addition to the main gallery for your changing and wedding-prep needs. Your caterer will have full access
to our kitchen which includes 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher and a stove. We offer additional rental options for chairs,
cocktail tables, media & sound equipment and more.
With our event planning and media packages, you won’t have to look for a photographer or videographer, or even graphic
design help for your wedding. Ask our event team about these options, and more, to ensure your day is as beautiful as you
imagined.

With our open floor plan, the CS Warehouse is ideal for any party. We offer rentals for the full space or partial space rentals
for smaller groups. The CS Warehouse is equipped with a full modern kitchen complete with a stove, dishwasher and two
refrigerators for your party’s use. Our breakout rooms allow for additional private spaces for VIP areas, changing rooms, or
designated spaces of your choosing.
If you’d like photography, videography or customized graphics for your event, just ask! We offer media packages to suit all
your needs.

MILESTONE
1. Select your preferred event date and estimated guest count to finalize your
booking paperwork.
2. Confirm your event reservation via our Event Portal with a signed contract,
your payment, and a inputting a valid card on file.
*Upon receiving your event contract, a soft hold will be placed on your
preferred event date. The soft hold expires after 5 days.
3. 30 Minute planning meeting with our event team.
4. Make your final decisions about add-on packages & in-house options.
5. Final payment due.
6. Final venue walk through to confirm vendors, the layout, event timeline and
responsibilities.

The Main Event Space facility fee varies by day of the week and includes 8 hours of exclusive venue access, with time for set
up, guest time and load out. (See pricing sheet for details).

Cultivated Synergy does not have in-house catering or a liquor license, so you’ll have to arrange these services directly with
your selected vendors. Refer to our website for the list of fabulous vendors we work with! Our list of Preferred Caterers are
companies that we’ve worked with and recommend their services. This list is not exclusive, so if you have someone you
love working with we can likely accommodate them!
Pre-approval is required for any caterers not listed, as well as, a and non-refundable catering fee. All caterers must comply
with the Venue policies to help maintain a clean, professional and well-run venue for all events. The selected caterer will be
responsible for setting up the tables and chairs provided by the client/rental company, re-stacking at the conclusion of the
event, and removing all trash from the event. If no caterer or drop-off catering is hired, client is responsible for said duties.
As for bar services, you're welcome to serve alcohol at a hosted bar (free to guests). If you’re interested in operating a cash
bar, you’ll work with PEAK Beverage to obtain a Special Event Permit, as well as, arrange the bar service. For hosted bar
services, we have in-house service options available upon inquiry. We have an exclusive vendor agreement with Event
Rents for rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, etc.
