` Strongest member have to wait longer.
` Waiting made narrow and treacherous paths bottlenecks.
` No clear directive among team members.

decided in order to reach the summit and base camp.
` Experience of the leader is essential and matters.
` A leaders health is of prime importance (was not the casehere).
` Carry people who are mentally and physically strong unlike
Doug Hansen.
` Unnecessary waiting led to energy drain and consumption of
oxygen should be done at high altitudes where and when
essential.
