wes t side of Ned Higgins lane between Lots 48-50. Having food vendors positioned on Ned Higgins Lane would require this section of Ned Higgins Lane to b e closed for a period of time (between Lot 4 8 and Lot 5 0 ) for t he duration of the market; allowing the car park behind Lot 71 to be utilised for its usual purpose. This is beneficial to the safety of the community/customers and additionally alleviates the impact on the grassed areas, retaining a larger area for the community and tourists to sit and enjoy their world food.

The environment is fur ther a priority to Somersault Events and careful consideration will be given to the environmental impacts, noise, crowd movement and waste production of the event.

Thank you for you r consideration on this planning application.
