Transmission head drive unit BACKWARD POSITION

Use: suitable when you need reduced dimensions in the conveyor head area, and when the conveyed product needs to exit the conveyor sideways in the drive unit area.Characteristics: Having the gearmotor in backward position allows considerably reducing the dimensions in the conveyor head area. Particularly silent thanks to the timing toothed belt transmission.Material: flanges in anodised aluminium; thermoformed protection guard; phosphated steel pulleys; tensioner, output shaft and spacer pins in burnished steel; polyamide belt; SAFETY blocks in reinforced polyamide; galvanised steel screws, washers and nuts, drive roller (see table).

State of supply: the drive unit is composed of two parts, Unit A and Unit B.Unit A comprises: 1 drive roller complete with bearings, 1 complete head, 2 M8x20 socket head screws, 1 SAFETY block, 2 M8 square nuts with spring.Unit B comprises: 1 motor flange, 1 spacer flange (complete with M8 stud bolts), 1 transmission protection guard, 2 M8x20 socket head screws, 2 M8 square nuts with spring, 2 SAFETY blocks, 2 M5x8 countersunk convex head screws, 2 spacer pins, 3 pulleys, 1 output shaft, 1 toothed belt, 1 chain tensioner, 1 pinion for chain and gearmotor.Pack: 1 piece
