to show support for JES FARM TO SCHOOL

at our FIRST ANNUAL

JES Farm to School Fun Runon Sunday, May 31st 2015 at 10:00 am

There is a race for everyone!

Here are the options:

● walk the JES Wellness Path

● run or walk a 1 mile fun run

● run or walk a 5K

Starting times: The Wellness Path Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run will be at 10:00am. The 5K Fun Run will begin around 10:30 am.

Entry Fee: $15 per participant with a maximum payment of $50 per family. Scholarships are available for JES families. Contact Nurse Amy. All proceeds benefit the Farm to School program at JES

T-Shirts: T-shirts will be provided to all runners who are pre-registered by APRIL 29th. Those registering on race day will receive shirts on a first-come first-served basis.

The SOLAR BUS will be on hand powering music and

smoothies! A raffle and other activities will ensure fun for all!

Join us for a walk, a run or a cheer for your neighbors and

help us to celebrate JES Farm to School!

Please fill out one registration form per family. Return form with payment to JES by April 29th. The sooner the better! Please circle the participant’s T-shirt size and which race they will be participating in.
