FAILURE TO INFORM MIS OF NON-RECEIPT FORFEITS RENEWAL PRIVILEGES.Michigan International Speedway extends the courtesy of ticket renewal privileges to those who purchase tickets in advance. Renewal applications are accepted via mail, phone, internet, fax, express courier service or can be submitted in person. The name on the account is the only individual or business having the renewal option. This option is not transferable and the ownership of the seats is not implied.MIS, in its sole discretion and option, reserves the right to limit ticket quantities and grant or deny renewal privileges. It is the policy of MIS to cancel all renewal privileges of any purchaser of a ticket found to have been resold or offered for sale at a price higher than face value of the ticket. The date and time of the event(s) listed are subject to change by MIS or the sanctioning body of the particular Event. Holder assumes responsibility for verifying the dates and times of the Event(s) prior to travel or other arrangements in connection with the Event(s).

The Holder of this ticket expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event and agrees that all participants, sanctioning bodies, and all employees, agents, officers, and directors of MIS, its affiliates and subsidiaries are hereby released from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence.

Holder irrevocably grants to MIS and its assigns, licensees, affiliates and successors the right to use Holder’s image, likeness, voice, actions and/or statements in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. Holder hereby waives any and all claims that Holder may have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of Holder’s image as described herein. Tickets and other admissions materials:• Obtained from sources other than MIS and its affiliates may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and in such cases will not be honored. Gate Admissions Security PolicyPlease review the Gate Admissions component of our Security Policy and take it into consideration as you and your guests prepare for the races. The Gate Admissions Policy is a product of our constant commitment to provide a safe environment for all our visitors and your event experience. Your understanding and cooperation are most appreciated and will ensure successful entry and greatly aid in the level of security to all in attendance.

ITEMS FANS MAY ENTER MIS ADMISSION GATES WITH:• One (1) soft-sided cooler or bag is allowed into the grandstands provided it fits the required size: 6”x6”x12” or smaller. (examples: soft-sided cooler, scanner bag, fanny pack, purse, camera bag, etc. Soft sided coolers with built in radios will be reviewed on an individual basis.)ONLY ONE SOFT-SIDED COOLER or BAG ALLOWED PER TICKET HOLDER.• One (1) clear plastic bag is allowed into the grandstands provided it fits the required size: 18”x18”x4” or smaller. (These clear bags may not contain ice or freezer packs.)ONLY ONE CLEAR PLASTIC BAG ALLOWED PER TICKET HOLDER.Items such as binoculars, scanners and cameras (which are not in a bag) are still allowed in the grandstands. MIS asks that fans utilize neck straps and belt clips to bring those items through the gates.• Standard seat cushions or stadium seats without armrests are also allowed. Seat cushions and stadium seats with compartments will be reviewed on an individual basis.• Video equipment is allowed but must not interfere with another guest’s enjoyment of the race. NASCAR Pre-Race Pit Pass Access & RestrictionsA Pre-Race Pit Pass credential is valid for entry to the Pit area. The Pit area will close approximately one and one half hours before the race begins or when deemed necessary by the sanctioning body or track officials. A Pit Pass credential does not permit access to the NASCAR garage at any time. Access to the NASCAR garage is a separate pass and is not available for sale to the public.Friday and Saturday you must be at least 18 years of age to enter the Pit area. Proper attire is required: Shirt and shoes must be worn along with long pants, covered shoulders and no open-toed shoes. Everyone regardless of age requires a credential for admission to the Pit area. On Sunday, the age and attire restrictions are not in effect. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Credential Pick UpPre-arranged media, sponsor and corporate credentials are held for pick up at the MIS Credential Office located off U.S.12. (See map on the inside back cover) Photo Identification is required.

Race Sanctioning RegistrationSanctioning body (NASCAR and ARCA) credentials are located in the Registration Building off U.S.12. (See map on the inside back cover). The Race Sanctioning Registration office is staffed by sanctioning body personnel who determine their hours of operation. If you are picking up credentials from Registration, allow plenty of time to get to the Speedway. Arrive early as Registration closing times vary daily.

Pre-Race Pit Pass InformationPre-Race Pit Passes are available for purchase in advance by calling the Ticket Office at 800.354.1010 or can be purchased on the event weekend at any Ticket Office. Passes are valid for the entire weekend along with a daily grandstand admission ticket. Pit Passes are not good for grandstand gate admission.

Pre-Race Pit Pass Prices• $50 NASCAR Sprint Cup weekends The following rules apply for all race weekends:Passes obtained from sources other than MIS or its affiliates may be lost, stolen or counter-feit, and in such cases will not be honored. MIS reserves the right to revoke all Pit Passes and access for failure to follow these restrictions and all other MIS rules and regulations.To access the Pit area, please use the grandstand pedestrian tunnel (located beneath the Center Grandstand at Section 1) or use the tunnel at the south end of the Center Grandstand near Turn 1. Please note the grandstand pedestrian tunnel is not open while cars are on the track.Passes are a credential and they are non-transferable and may not be bartered, sold, or otherwise transferred. Do not duplicate. Misuse of MIS credentials may result in eviction, confiscation, and/or denial of future tickets. MIS security will be checking credentials care-fully throughout all racing events. The credential is your responsibility.The Pit area opens when the admission gates open. The Pit area can be heavily congested. Please make sure your travel plans include traffic delays. No refunds will be issued for unused passes. The credential should be worn and in sight at all times and be accompanied by photo identification.

Golf Cart Policy• Golf carts or other approved vehicles used on Michigan International Speedway property are permitted for business purposes only. No personal use is allowed for any reason.• Permitted golf carts must be registered (including provision of insurance) with Michigan International Speedway and must display the yearly ISC or official event registration credential on the golf cart at all times.• Permitted golf carts must be driven by a licensed driver over the age of 18. • No one under the influence of alcohol may operate a golf cart. No consumption of alcohol is permitted in the cart. Pit Road RV Campground The Pit Road RV Campground area is located adjacent to pit road, south of the Pit Terrace Suites. Sites in this private camping area are sold as part of a package that includes up to four nights of camping (Thursday - Sunday), two pit road camping admissions and two pre-race pit passes. Pit Road RV Campground amenities include paved sites approximately 20’ x 70’ with water and 50 amp electrical hook-up, portable restrooms and a private camping area. Dump Station available. Package is $2,100.00 per event. Pit Road RV Campground opens approximately 60 minutes after conclusion of on-track activities on Thursday. One motorcoach and one tow vehicle is allowed on each site.

Brookfest Acres CampgroundThe Brookfest Acres Campground is located just outside of Turn 4. Sites are sold as Reserved Sites. The campground, which is accessed off of M-50 at Daugherty Road, opens at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday of race week and remains open 24 hours a day and closes at noon on Monday after the event. Tree Farm CampgroundThe Tree Farm Campground is located just outside of Turns 3 and 4. Sites are sold as Reserved Sites. The campground, which is accessed off of M-50, opens at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday of race week and remains open 24 hours a day and closes at noon on Monday after the event. Showers, portable restrooms, potable water and a dump station are available. Two sizes of campsites are offered - 20’ by 45’ sites are $225; 20’ by 55’ sites are $250.

Infield CampgroundVehicle SitesAll vehicles entering the infield have a 15’ x 40’ reserved site. Two types of campsites are offered - guardrail sites are $200 and interior sites are $150. Sites are approximate in size. Limit one vehicle per site. Showers, portable restrooms, potable water and a dump station are available.

Infield Vehicle Entry• M-50 Lineup opens at 8:00 a.m. Monday of race week. Reserved sites eliminate the need

to arrive prior to opening of the M-50 Lineup.• Infield opens for vehicle entry on Thursday approximately 60 minutes after conclusion of

TRAFFIC NOTE: Vehicles will not be allowed to exit the Infield at the Turn 3 M-50 Crossover or the Turn 2 US 12 Crossover for 2 to 3 hours after the race. Pedestrians will be allowed to exit at both track locations at the conclusion of the race.

Rules For All MIS CampgroundsIf you or members of your group are removed from the camping facilities by track security for violation of any Speedway rule, you and those members with you will lose the right to renew or purchase sites for future events. Vehicles may be removed at owner’s expense. MIS reserves the right to revoke all rights and privileges pertaining to pass purchase.• Sites are sold on a reserved basis.• Resale of any Pass is prohibited.• Passes must be displayed at all times.• Fires must be 10 feet from any vehicle or structure.• For safety, please mark tent and awning stakes.• Fire lanes must remain open at all times.• Speed limit is 10 m.p.h.• “Quiet Time” after midnight will be enforced. Campground Exiting & Re-Entering Vehicles may exit all campgrounds, with the exception of the infield prior to 6:00 a.m. Sunday when the traffic pattern goes into effect. The traffic pattern will affect the ability to return to the campgrounds. A Campground vehicle pass is required for re-entry. For the safety of our guests, we ask that you proceed directly to your campsite and park upon re-entering. Excessive driving through the campground is not permitted. Vehicle pass must be visible in the vehicle at all times. Please drive safely. For safety measures campers will be held in Brookfest Acres, Tree Farm and M50 Creekside campgrounds 2-3 hours after the event on Sunday to allow traffic from parking areas to clear.

Emergency InformationEmergency Warning SirenAn emergency warning siren is activated by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department for three minutes if a tornado warning is issued by the National Weather Service, or weather spotting personnel see a tornado. An up and down wail is an indication of some other type of emergency. The scoreboard and or announcers will provide additional information when available. Please be prepared to take appropriate actions such as those listed below, recommended by national agencies.

What To Do In An EmergencyINCLEMENT WEATHER/THUNDERSTORM/LIGHTNING SAFETY:• Find a low spot away from trees, fences, poles and grandstands.• If you feel your skin tingle or your hair stand on end, squat low to the ground on the balls of your

feet. Make yourself the smallest target possible and minimize your contact with the ground.TORNADO SAFETY:• Seek shelter, stay away from windows and grandstands.• Get out of automobiles. Lie flat in a nearby ditch or depression.• Avoid flying debris.

Emergency Messages for GuestsIn case of an extreme emergency, a message may be left for guests by calling 517-592-6666.The caller should have available the guest’s name, ticket seat location (grandstand section, row and seat number), and/or campground site location (section, row and site number). MIS will send personnel to that location and make every attempt possible to deliver the message. Paging services are not available.
