PROJECT GRADUATION 2019

Dear CDO 2019 Senior Parents:

We need your help in creating a memorable 2019 Project Grad night for your graduates! We are asking each family to provide a personal collage for display on the MEMORY LANE wall. We are also inviting each family to write a PERSONAL LETTER to their graduate, which will be placed at your graduate’s place setting at dinner.

Please follow these guidelines:

Please deliver your collage and letter to CDO’s main office no later than Friday, May 10, 2019.

If you have any questions, please e-mail us at: [email protected], or call Joeli Secrest at 520-275-0193.

Memory Lane Collage

INSTRUCTIONS -Gather photos of your graduate (baby photos, school photos, special activities) -Make a collage: Copy and arrange the photos on an 8.5x11 vertical piece of cardstock. (All collages will be hung vertically on the wall.) -Label it! Write your graduate's name on the front and phone number on the back. -Laminate it! A copy center (ie. Alphagraphics/Office Depot) can do this for you.

IMPORTANT: -Your collage must follow the size guidelines exactly to fit in the display and hang properly! We have 300 collages to display, so there is no wiggle room. -Grads will be encouraged to pick up their collages at the end of the event, but please do not send original photos as we cannot guarantee their return.

Personal Letter

INSTRUCTIONS -Handwrite or type one (1) personal letter on standard 8.5x11" paper. -Get Sentimental! Write something heartfelt .Tell your child how proud you are of them. Share your wisdom and "tips" for a successful future. -Seal the letter in a standard business size envelope (4 1/8" X 9.5"). Include your child's first and last name on the front of the envelope1 -Copy it in case your student misplaces it!

IMPORTANT:

-Your letter must fit inside of a standard business size envelope. -Only one envelope per graduate please! There is only so much room on the table!
