Job Qualification:Education
LevelBachelor Degree above
Major inDegree majoring in marketing, business management, economic management, and a plus point if have a medical or technical degree in medical devices
Experience
- Minimal 5 years of experience in sales & marketing management- Extensive experience in all aspects of medical relationship management such like hospital, clinic, purchase department in hospital, doctor, and have a relationship in government is a plus poin- Proven track record in managing highly skilled, motivated successful and result oriented team- Proven leadership and ability to drive the teams
Knowledge/Ability
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Willingness to travel and work in a very competitive global team of professionals
- Able to operate in a fast paced and changing market environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate in English
Skills
Strong leadership qualities with good communications and interpersonal skills
Have a good negotiation skills
Obtains profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives
