Şirketin üretim merkezi: Tokat’ın Zile ilçesindedir. Burada büyük ve geniş bir alan üzerine kuruludur. Amasya ve İstanbul’da da idari büroları bulunmaktadır. TSE Belgesi, ISO 9001 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi Belgesi ile ISO 22.000 HACCP Gıda Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemi Belgesi, Helal Belgesine sahip olan şirketimiz, günümüzde 44 bin ton depolama kapasitesi ile ortalama 70 kişiyi bünyesinde çalıştırmaktadır.

Şirketin Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığını Turgut BAYRAMOĞLU yaparken Armağan Oral KÖKNEL ise Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı olarak görev yapmaktadır. Şirket yönetiminde ikinci ve üçüncü kuşak beraber çalışmaktadır.

Zaman içerisinde hedefler de büyümüştür. Sektöründe kaliteli un üretiminde lider konumda olmak, yurt Dışı pazarlara açılarak ülke ekonomisine katkı sağlamak önemli bir hedef olarak konulmuştur.

Geçmişinde yoğun ihracat yapan bir firma olan Birsan, hâlen bu tutumunu aralıklarla sürdürmektedir. Ulusal alanda da satışlarına devam eden şirketimiz ürünlerini hem marketlere parekende olarak hem de fırınlara toptan olarak satış yapmaktadır.

1960 yılında Anadolu’nun tarihî ilçesi Zile’de Naim Bayramoğlu ve Mehmet Köknel tarafından kurulan fabrikamız, ilk üretimine 16 ton kapasiteyle başlamıştır. Günümüze kadar çeşitli evrelerden geçerek bugünkü modern tesislerine sahip olan Birsan, günde 400 ton kapasitesi ile kaliteden ödün vermeyen anlayışını koruyarak çalışmalarına devam etmektedir.

1990’lı yıllarla birlikte teknolojiyi kullanmaya başlayan Birsan Birlik Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş’nin fabrikasındaki tüm ürünler, sağlık koşullarına uygun olarak el değmeden üretilmektedir. Kalite ve standart belgelerine sahip olan bu ürünlerin üretiminde son teknoloji ile çalışan makineler kullanılmaktadır. 2008 yılında revizyon geçirerek otomasyon sistemine geçilmiştir. Bütün sistemler bilgisayar üzerinden ve uzaktan kontrol edilebilmektedir. Alımlar da ürün analizleri anında yapılarak maliyetlendirme yapılabilmektedir. Ayrıca Birsan, ürün analizinin hem hammadde hem de nihai ürün olarak yapılabildiği kalite kontrol laboratuvarına sahiptir.

Our factory founded by Naim Bayramoğlu and Mehmet Köknel in 1960 in the historical town of Anatolia had started its first production with 16-ton capacity. After going through several phases and finally having its current modern facilities, Birsan with its

400-ton capacity continues to carry out its operations by maintaining its no-quality-compromise understanding.

All products in the factory of Birsan Birlik Food Trade&Ind.Inc.utilizing the technological facilities since 1990s are manufactured in accordance with the health requirements and without human touch. In the manufacture of these products with quality and standard certifications, state of the art technology machinery are being used. In 2008, the revision took place and automation system has been adapted. All systems can be controlled via the computers and remotely.

In purchases, product analyses can be conducted and costing can be computed in an instant. In addition, Birsan also has an quality control laboratory where products analyis can be conducted on the basis of raw material and final product.

Our company is one of the leading industrial corporations in the flour sector. Production plant of the company is at Zile county of Tokat. Here, it is located on a large and wide land. The company has also administrative offices in Amasya and Istanbul.

Our company, having TSE Certication, ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate and ISO 22.000 HACCP Food Safety Management System Certificate, Halal Certificate and 44 thousand ton capacity, today, employs an average of 70 personnel.

Turgut BAYRAMOĞLU works as the chairman of the company’s executive board, while Armağan Oral KÖKNEL holds the office of vice chairman of the executive board. The second and third generations are working together in the company’s management.

The aims of the company have been furthered over time. Being a sector leader in the production of quality flour and contributing to the country’s economy by getting into the international markets have been deemed as important aims.

Being a company that was used to export products heavily in the past, Birsan still carries on such operations periodically. Our company also continues to make sales in nationwide ; it retails its products to the markets as well as makes wholesales to the bakeries

Notre usine qui a été fondée par Naim Bayramoğlu et Mehmet Köknel dans la cité historique de Zile en Anatolie en 1960, avait débuté sa première production avec une capacité de 16 tonnes. Après être passée par plusieurs stades jusqu’ à ce jour, Birsan qui détient aujourd’hui une installation moderne, maintient son activité avec une capacité journalière de 400 tonnes avec une approche intransigeante en matière de qualité.

Tous les produits sortant de l’usine de Birsan Birlik Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş, qui au cours des années 1990, a commencé à bénéficier de la technologie, sont fabriqués conformément aux exigences d’hygiène et sans l’intervention de l’élément humain .La fabrication de ces produits qui possèdent tous des certificats de qualité et de normes repose sur l’usage de machines fonctionnant avec une technologie de pointe. En 2008, après la reforme, le système automatisé a été adopté. Tous les systèmes sont contrôlés à distance par ordinateur.

Le calcul des coûts des achats sont effectués après l’analyse instantanée du produit. En outre, Birsan possède un laboratoire de contrôle qualité qui lui permet d’analyser aussi bien la matière première que le produit fini.

Notre société figure parmi les établissements industriels leaders du secteur de la meunerie. L’usine principale de notre société est localisée dans la localité de Zile de la province de Tokat. Elle a été édifiée sur une grande et large superficie dans cette région. Nos bureaux managériaux sont situés à Amasya et à Istanbul.

Notre société qui détient le Certificat livré par l’Institut Turc des Normes, le certificat ISO 2001 du système de gestion de qualité et le Certificat ISO 22.000 HACCP du système de gestion de la Sécurité Alimentaire, Certificat Halal opère aujourd’hui avec une capacité de stockage de 44 milles tonnes et emploie en moyenne 70 personnes dans sa structure.

Le conseil d’administration de la société est présidé par Turgut BAYRAMOĞLU, alors que Armağan Oral KÖKNEL occupe le poste du vice-président du conseil d’administration. La direction de la société est confiée à la deuxième et à la troisième génération qui travaillent main dans la main.

Les objectifs ont grandi dans le temps. Occuper la position de leadership de son secteur dans la production de farine de qualité, s’ouvrir sur les marchés étrangers et contribuer dans la prospérité de l’économie du pays ont été fixés comme objectifs cruciaux.

Birsan, qui dans le passé réalisait des exportations intensives, continue

actuellement de préserver cette attitude et de la manifester de temps en temps. Notre société qui continue de réaliser des ventes au niveau national, fait ses ventes tant bien en détail pour les surfaces de distribution, qu’en gros au profit des boulangeries.
