The first Pre-Hearing concerning appeals launched by Donald Crich with respect to Official Plan Amendments No. 2 and No. 6 and a Zoning By-law amendment in relation to property located in the Municipality of Central Huron was held.

The Parties and Participants are identified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Procedural Order.

The Board was advised that the Parties were preparing a draft Procedural Order that sets out the obligations of the Parties and Participants for this hearing. The hearing is to be held for 10 days commencing:

August 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Municipality of Central Huron Municipal Offices 43 Albert Street, Clinton, Central Huron, Ontario

The Municipality is required to confirm the venue along with a retiring room with the Board’s offices at least 2 weeks prior to hearing. No further notice is required. The Procedural Order jointly prepared by the Parties is attached as Attachment “A” and forms part of the Board’s Order. This Panel of the Board is not seized of the hearing but can be spoken to should there be concerns with respect to the case management of this matter.
