How Long Is Your Program!

Scheduling too long of a program for a daycare is a mistake many event coordinators make. It’s important to remember the age and attention spanned of the children. In many cases, the children may be looking at the show right before nap time when their bodies are ready to wind down. Even if your event is “Entertainment Only”, your children will have been sitting for awhile before the show starts. If you add snack time, bathroom time, and/or storytime, the length of the event increases dramatically.

Bottom line: The ideal length for a daycare show should be 35 with a maximum of 45 minutes.

This will keep the children’s attention spanned and the pace of the day going.

Question #2 Do you Provide A Money Back Guarantee?

In most cases, you can avoid falling prey to a bad childcare entertainer or entertainment agency by insisting that they give you a 100% money back

guarantee if the children are not engaged.

This is the ultimate test as to whether someone really believes in what they are offering or if they are just full of hot air. If a childcare entertainer really believes in the quality of their program, they shouldn’t hesitate to guarantee it.
