1. When Paxton and Bridge disconnects, would NUUO servers receive events?

Ans: Yes, NUUO would receive event “Connection lost:Paxton server”

2. When Bridge and NUUO disconnects, would NUUO servers receive events?

Ans: Yes, NUUO would receive event “Connection lost” (Need to setup event/action in NUUO servers)

7. If user turns on the UAC, can Bridge still work properly?

Ans: Only with administrator privilege

8. Is there any limitation for the characters of door name shown on metadata source setting page?

Ans: Yes,

- For Crystal Titan, supports up to 64 characters, NO space in first and last character

- For Mainconsole, supports up to 64 characters

FAQ

9. Would the metadata from Paxton server show as unreadable characters if users install Thai OS and MC?

Ans: No, because Paxton SDK would only send strings in English.

10. I installed Bridge and NUUO MC in same PC. When PC crashes and restarts, MC would auto restarts and I manually turn on the Bridge service. But MC still can’t receive any metadata from Bridge. What can I do?

Ans: Make sure Bridge is running Go to Metadata Application and click “OK” again.
