    One day, King David asked Ziba (the

    servant of the late King Saul) if there isstill left in King Sauls family so he mayshow kindness to him, for Jonathans

    sake.Jonathan is Davids best friend. He diedin the battle together with his father

    King Saul.

    Ziba answered, Jonathan has a son

    still living who is crippled in bothfeet-Mephibosheth.

    David commanded his servants tosent for Mephibosheth so he can

    meet him.

    A sinful man can relate with God throughshedding of a blood of an animal...

    Hebrews 9:22 ...the law requires that nearly

    everything be cleansed withblood, and without the

    shedding of blood

    there is no forgiveness

    of sins.

    Hebrews 9 (v.1) the 1st

    covenant (OldTestament) had a regulation forworship ... (v.7) only the high priest entered inner room (holy of holies),

    and that only once a year, and NEVER without blood, which he offered

    for himself and for the sins the people had committed in ignorance.

    There is a need for a blood
