Good day!

We write to you today for and on behalf of LEX SIDUS COUNSIL, Inc. (Lex Sidus), a non-stock, non-profit corporation, duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines, and functions as a fraternal organization of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), College of Law.

We have been seeking a place that could provide a monthlong accommodation for our members who will take the bar examinations in November. In this connection, as we deem your facility as one which best fits our needs, we intend to avail the services of PUP Hasmin Hostel by renting one of your suites for the said month. In the event that any of your suites would not be available, any room and/or dormitory which can admit a considerable number of person would likewise suffice our demand.

As such, we request through your good office all the necessary information on how to avail the services of PUP Hasmin Hostel including its, but not limited to, rate, documentary requirements, amenities, etc.
