Utilities:Taxes: Town of Danville— 2013 non-homestead rate - estimated to roughly be $760 for each individual lot, prior

Power: There is power along VT Route 2 and it’s provided by Washington Elec Co-op. The owner has paid for anengineering study to bring power to the edge of the three lots.
