TTE Qualifi cation Production Technician Advanced Modern Apprenticeship.
The job can be technically challenging, but also very rewarding. The training and education I received at TTE has proved invaluable, and since graduating from TTE the opportunities created from working in industry has taken me to various locations throughout the UK aswell as offshore. My advice would be to learn as much as you can, maintain the right attitude, work hard and never settle for second best. I regularly receive offers to work in locations such as Dubai and Singapore. With a career in industry, the sky really is the limit!
Career To DateOn leaving secondary school I started an apprenticeship as a
Production Technician at TTE. In 2005 I graduated from TTE
and gained a full time position with my sponsoring company,
INVISTA.
Since graduating from TTE my career has included working
at the UK’s largest onshore upstream oil & gas plant at Wytch
Farm Dorset, onshore petrochemical plants at Wilton and a
fl oating production vessel in the UK North Sea.
My current position is working as a Production Technician /
CRO on the ‘Golden Eagle’ platform in the North Sea, where I
was also part the operations commissioning team during the
fi nal hook up & commissioning phase.
