– 1) remove “transient” (100 bunches) by BEFORE subtracting train mean

– 2) plot absolute fourier Amplitude rather than power.

– 3) correct the indexing of the fourier components (previously, all my fourier spectra were shifted by + 10 kHZ from the correct values)
