We are honored to invite you to RMA’s 33rd Annual Conference on Securities Lending, the industry’s premier securities lending conference. The conference will take place from October 10-13, 2016 at Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Florida. Join industry leaders like yourself from agent lenders, borrowers, beneficial owners, and hedge funds and engage in forward-looking discussions on regulatory and market influences affecting our business. Additionally, the conference gives you an unmatched opportunity to meet and network with your significant counterparties.

The conference steering committee has developed an extensive business program providing practical solutions to current industry challenges you are facing designed to be immediately put into action. The steering committee as well as the moderators and panelists are industry experts representing a wide range of experience. Take advantage of Tuesday’s preconference sessions discussing the consequences of new regulatory, legal and capital reforms (including the Dodd-Frank Act, Basel III, and the FSB Shadow Banking Reform) as well as liquidity, financing, and balance sheet issues affecting securities lending. Other scheduled sessions will debate issues relating to industry documentation, including the ISDA Stay Protocol, data and transparency as well as operations and technology issues facing your institution.

To highlight this year’s conference, we are privileged to welcome two keynote speakers beginning with Anthony Scaramucci, Founder and Co-Managing Partner of SkyBridge Capital on Wednesday, October 12. Thursday we will welcome Glenn Booraem, Principal and Fund Controller at Vanguard.

Additional conference sessions will give you insight into money market reform, cash vs. noncash collateral, liquidity in the fixed income market, prime brokers’ trade strategy, and changes in the value chain. The conference will conclude with industry leaders debating the future of securities finance. We encourage you to attend these sessions and actively participate in the discussions to promote dialogue, share ideas, and debate the challenges facing our industry. Please take a moment to review the business program and information provided.

To make the most of your conference experience, join your peers as the conference opens with the Welcome to Boca Networking Reception on Monday, October 10th and stay following the business program for the closing reception on Thursday evening.
