Conference Title: The Multi-Purpose Legal Departments and How to Navigate an Ever - Changing Business World
34th GlobalLegal ConfEx 2017
05
Today, General Counsel (GCs) of global companies are required to be master multi-taskers. In addition to critical day-to-day legal support for
businesses, GCs are asked to work with chief executive and corporate boards on strategies for overall business stability, management and profitability. This
means staying current on new regulatory developments and working to mitigate emerging legal risks in jurisdictions with potentially diverse local cultures, political sys-
tems, regulatory and business environments – all while managing legal budgets effectively.
Events 4 Sure offers this 34th International Legal Conference as a platform for corporate legal departments, law firms and technology/outsourcing providers to discuss the primary challenges
faced by GCs in a global business environment. This conference will gather private practice lawyers, law firm partners, in-house counsel, technology/outsourcing professionals, and government representa-
tives from India and around the globe to discuss the challenges and opportunities they encounter every day. With nearly 15 concurrent educational and networking sessions, Global Legal ConfEx, Delhi,
India, April 2017 offers a wide range of topics focused on litigation, e-discovery, security and risk management, regulatory compliance, outsourcing and technology.

Delhi or Dilli is a lively city reflecting a perfect blend of modernization and traditional architectures. Being a capital city of the Republic India, Delhi is the center of Government’s legislature and judiciary systems. It was 1992 when Delhi has been declared as a state under the national capital territory Act. However, the city has become the capital of Independent India in 1950. Set on the both sides of River Yamuna, Delhi is seen as one of the fastest growing cities in India.
The city reflects two sides of a same coin i.e. Old Delhi and New Delhi. Being a Union Territory, Delhi has 11 districts, on which New Delhi is one of them. New Delhi is a reflection of modern India with having VVIPs build-ings, legislative homes and diplomat zones whereas Old Delhi gives an incredible picture of traditional and historical values of India. Spread over an area of 1483 sq. kilometers, 216 meters above sea level, the city shares its boundary with two states – Haryana and Ut-tar Pradesh.
