Detailed Guidelines for Report of Reflection (20%)

This is an INDIVIDUAL written assignment, NOT group assignment (all students need to write theirown report. Dont copy each others report).

What to do?

You need to write 1report which reflects what youve done, contributed, and gone through, fromWeek 1 up to Week 5 as a member of the group that you are in, from the beginning towards thecompletion of your group Community Project.

What should you put in the report?

Section A: What have you done from Week 1 up to Week 5, particularly your own roles, tasks andduties carried out as a member of your. Mention date(s), time and details of your duties done. Be

specific. Include a minimum of 6 photos up to a maximum of 12 photos (resize a total of 6 photosto fit in 1 page with a simple caption for each photo) to complement what youve done.

o Length: minimum 2 pages to maximum 3 pages (not inclusive of the photos page(s)).

o Marks: 8

Section B: What have you learnt about planning, organizing and conducting a Community Projectin general, especially in terms of steps, procedures, the dos and the donts, valuable knowledgelearned through hands-on experience in completing your tasks in your respective group,challenges faced and solutions, and other relevant pointers especially by conducting activitiesmentioned in Section A.

o Length: minimum 2 pages to maximum 3 pages.

o Marks: 8

Section C: Ideas and suggestions for improvements for others (your juniors, in particular) whowould like to organize the more or less similar project in the future, and a conclusion.

o Length: minimum 1 page to maximum 2 pages.

o Marks: 4

When is the deadline?o Pass it to me by hand in our final class.

What is the format?o Font style: Arial, font size: 10, line and paragraph spacing: 1.0, text alignment: justify.o Write in paragraphs, underline the main points.o Length of the report: minimum 5 to maximum 8 pages.
