Extending the activity Put the cut-out coloured vegetable cards on a table. One student must describe a card

without giving the name of the vegetable. The others must guess which card they are talking about. The person who guesses correctly describes the next vegetable.

Play card games with the vegetable cards regularly as you work through this topic.
