Scott & White’s 37th Annual Internal Medicine Review for the Primary Care Provider is designed to provide the internal medicine and primary care physician as well as the physician assistants and nurse practitioners with information directly applicable to daily patient care. The topics represent some of the most common problems encountered in clinical practice. Emphasis will be placed on the pertinent practical aspects of patient care and problems encountered in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Related topics will be grouped together to insure that relevant questions can be addressed by medical experts in those fields.

ACCREDITATIONThe A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor Scott & White Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The A. Webb Roberts Center for Continuing Medical Education of Baylor Scott & White Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 26.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ETHICSMeets Texas Requirements for 2 hours Ethics/Professional Responsibility credit

MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATIONSuccessful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 22.75 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

SOCIAL EVENTSMexican FiestaA poolside Mexican Fiesta will be held on Monday evening, July 16th at 6:30 p.m. A maximum of four complimentary tickets will be available for registrants. Additional tickets may be purchased at $30 per adult and $15 per child (ages 3-11). The fiesta includes a full Mexican buffet dinner.

Tickets to the Mexican Fiesta will be issued at registration.
