The aim of 3D Elevate is to provide all clients an efficient and professional Cad-3D design and
visualisation service, and also quality design presentations in 3D architecture, spatial and product
models and animations. We can build entire 3D models which can be view from various camera
perspectives or a 3D single camera scenes from concept ideas, sketches or from technical
drawings. These models are built to scale dimensions and will have materials and textures applied
to them, also lighting, reflections, shadows, and ambience are added to give a highly detailed and
realism to the models and visual image renders.

Our price on continuous large scale projects range from ; £9.50ph. Or price structure below;
3D design: Visuals
• £150 for high resolution photo realistic renders
Rendered scenes can include day and night (any time or sun study) scene image tailored to suite client requirements.
Exterior/ architecture scenes with surrounding environment/ landscape decorated with street furniture
Interior/spatial scenes, I.e. office, exhibition space, bar and restaurant, public and retail space, decorated with furniture and fixture
3D Furniture and Product (can be set In desired Scenery)
Model built and inserted into a photo (photomontage)
Added texture and material adjustments
3D Cad scale models
An entire model or project built to technical specification and applied with material, textures and details such as lighting, furniture, vegetation, people, vehicles and other components can also be included. Photorealistic render from various camera perspectives.
Exterior:
£75 Single residential house, textured. Garden and pathway textued furnished at extra cost.
£95 Residential apartments, commercial and public buildings, textured. Courtyards and immediate surroundings textured and furnished at extra cost.
Interior:
£75, Single average room, office or space texture, decoration and furniture
£125 Commercial and public average space, shops, large office space with booths and several workstations. Textured and furnished.
Exterior & Interior:
£400, Residential house or apartments; 2 to 4 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, utility rooms and garden.
£450 Commercial building of an entire floor and model display of all area. Including stairs escalators, decorated, textured and furnished
£150 Animations

£150 Panoramas and interactive
These models are texture and furnished with objects and are presented in a photo realistic virtual reality models or 360 degree interior panoramas which can be viewed on a desktop or tablet, using the computer mouse or control keys to navigate and engage through or tour around the design. 3d interactives can feature some effects such as sun, night and water study reflections and more Note: Interactive samples are available on request to view on Tablet and Mobile devices Download ivisit 3d player from the Appstore (apple devices) and Google play (android devices). You would need to store the panorama or interactive files in Drop box or your preferred cloud base storage. Use the ivisit 3d player to open the files. (click on for links)
Presentation formats; Via email or downloaded from secure storage site. The most frequent used format are; Jpegs, png, tiff, psd, or psp. Dwg, dfx, fbx, skp, 3ds, obj and much more please enquire.

Terms:
work process and clients instruction will be formalised, confirmation will be agreed on
we require a deposit of 25% at the beginning of project and another 25% when client has seen progress of work and confirmation to continue
The remaining payment will be settled at the end of the project. Client will see a copy of the finished project and will receive their designs after payment is complete
