MOA ProvisionsA. That ERDB shall:

1. Provide technical assistance in the establishment and management of nursery for the production of bamboo planting stocks;

2. Provide training on bamboo propagation, management and establishment plantation to all personnel involved in the project;

3. Provide technical assistance in the site assessment and preparation of Camp Peralta, Jamindan, Capiz ;

4. Provide continuous guidance / coaching to the project implementers during the project implementation;

MOA ProvisionsB. That the DND shall:

1. Provide space for the establishment of a bamboo nursery as well as area bamboo plantation;

2. Provide the necessary personnel to propagate and manage bamboo propagules, preparation of the site, out planting, protection and maintenance of the plantation;

3. Provide training facilities, logistics and accommodation for ERDB personnel during the conduct of training and field visits;

MOA ProvisionsB. That the DND shall:

4. Allow access for authorized ERDB researchers

in the conduct of action research during and after the implementation of the project;

Further, any unclassified information / data worth publishing, the authorship will be shared by ERDB researchers and DND personnel involved in the project;

MOA Provisions

This Memorandum of Agreement shall take

effect immediately for 10 years or unless mutually revoked / terminated by both parties for a justified cause and/or until such time that the stipulated technical assistance are brought into a fruitful completion.
