Feedback of meeting with the assistant
− Groups at very different level− Trouble of communicating (separate will, separate struggles, no common
responsibility) Tools
− Special Issues− Product innovation vrs system innovation
− How your chosen technology/approach affect the community (=system)− Monetary systems/added value concept − Subsidies
− Value (such as jobs, education, goods) should be created at every step!!
Scenarios? (I want to achieve point P. How do I get there. Instead of trying to reach P from point A, doing the opposite of starting from P: Different scenarios how you get there).
− Location− Using other projects as reference (reference does not mean copying the project
directly). − MORE?
Remember
Any technology/ solution that will be introduced to a developing country setting
should fill the following criteria:
SMART
Simple
Maintenance friendly
Adaptable
Reliable
Timely to markets
Also remember the three aspects of sustainability:
Tools for the group management
- Suggestion: memos of meetings- Use internet tools such as
- Skype- Doodle for setting up meetings- Facebook- Dropbox
- In the beginning meet every week once (even if everyone would not be there)
- Choose a group leader- In charge of organizing meetings! (maybe also keeps memos, and
writes how the work is going on)- Work can be compensated
- Divide the work/choose leaders of different themes (technical aspects, auxiliary aspects, ICT tools)
IMPORTANT
− Meet weekly, or every forthnight− Continuity
− Divide responsibilities− Group leader?
EVERY SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE BASED ON PRODUCT CHAIN
Production, logistics, marketing, sales..
Value/production chain
