The following exhibitions were organized within the framework of the International Congress and Exhibition Forum “Food Industry Week in the Kyrgyz Republic”:

| Exposition

More than 50 companies from 8 countries of the world were represented at the single exhibition site: Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyz Republic, the United Arab Emirates, Russian Federation, Republic of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.

The geography of exhibitors was supplemented by the participation of Kyrgyz companies, which are official representatives of the largest manufacturing plants in the Kyrgyz Republic.

For the first time, in the forum was organized Regional exposition of the Altai Territory of the Russian

Federation, which brought together on its site the eight largest exporters of food products and equipment.

Traditionally, in the exhibition was organized the National Exposition of the Republic of Belarus, where the leading Belarusian manufacturing companies were represented.

She has been working in the restaurant business for more than nine years, including as a leading business coach for the Food Retail Group Holding chain of restaurants (more than 30 Dva Palochki restaurants), director of personnel for the Ideal Cup coffeehouse.

| Professional Tasting Competition

As part of the 3rd International Congress and Exhibition Forum «Food Industry Week in the Kyrgyz Republic» a professional tasting competition was held at the “Best Product FoodExpo Kyrgyzstan 2019” and “The Best Alcoholic Drink FoodExpo Kyrgyzstan 2019”.

The contest participants were awarded medals for the following product categories:

• “The best product of FoodExpo Kyrgyzstan 2019” - “Kesme” noodles, egg, homemade, producer - “Akun” CJSC;

• “Best FoodExpo Kyrgyzstan 2019 product” - Akun pasta, produced by Akun CJSC;

• “The Best FoodExpo Kyrgyzstan 2019 product” - Bishkek sausage, smoked sausage, producer - DilNur KGI LLC, Al-Halal TM;

• “The best product of FoodExpo Kyrgyzstan 2019” - products from broiler chickens, manufacturer - Eco-Halal Trading House LLC;

• “The best alcoholic beverage FoodExpo Kyrgyzstan 2019” - vodka “Level”, 40%, manufacturer - “SVVZ” LLC;

• “The best alcoholic drink FoodExpo Kyrgyzstan 2019” - “Attila Gunn” vodka, 40%, manufacturer - “SVVZ” LLC;

• “The best alcoholic drink FoodExpo Kyrgyzstan 2019” - royal Asti sparkling wine, 9-12%, producer - SVVZ” LLC.

At the second time at the exhibition was organized Job FAIR 2019. It is the ideal platform to meet job seekers and leading employers culinary masters and food students, restaurateurs and representatives of state institutions in the field of education and employment.
