Paul has provided us with excellent outline Defines all the fields required to develop a

syllabus Mentions ABET requirements Should work as good template to present to

stakeholders

Begun prototype construction Will be accomplished using Javascript, pre-

developed syllabus Lightweight model will not include any back-end

Development Framework” Should provide high level guidelines for

completing tasks in required timeframe Additional tasks can be added to separate .mpp

file to document what we have performed

Website

Will website be PHP accessible? If so, Matt has an open source PHP CMS to

allow for the easy update of the website If not, we still need FTP, password, link to begin

progress on our project website

Software Development Environment

Hardware Procurement What is the state of server procurement? Apache Webserver installed on all of our local

machines J2EE, MySql also installed on local machines Plan is to perform development on local

machines until hardware (server) is procured

Will seek to develop requirements documentation over the break

Hoping to complete a few more stakeholder interviews today
