4 Bad things we eat In our life we eat and drink a lot of things, for example meat, rise, fruits, vegetables, junk food, cakes, milk, soda, water, teas and so on. What if a told you that exist 5 ingredients that can be dangerous for our health. Those dangerous foods are: Sugar, Salt, flour, and milk. SUGAR: The sugar is not considered as a food because it is as a pure chemical substance; it is extracted from a plant that we call Caña de Azucar. To this process it`s required many chemicals that take out all the vitamins and proteins all the good components that are extracted get lost. The only thing that provides you is energy. It can seem to be good but it is not, with time it can led to you get Diabetes and many others diseases related with the sugar. SALT In the past the industry just decides to modify the natural salt to what we know today the chloride of sodium. This is salt but without all the minerals that it has in their natural state. The salt it’s really bad because the toxicity of the chloride of sodium in high concentration can be very dangerous to the health. This kind of salt it’s situated in the junk food so that’s way if you eat a lot of junk

The sugar is not considered as a food because it is as a pure chemical substance; it is extracted from a plant that we call Caña de Azucar. It can seem to be good but it is not, with time it can led to you get Diabetes and many others diseases related with the sugar.

The salt it’s really bad because the toxicity of the chloride of sodium in high concentration can be very dangerous to the health. This kind of salt it’s situated in the junk food so that’s way if you eat a lot of junk food you can get sick and have troubles in the near future.

During the time, the creation of the bread has become worst, the vitamins and minerals that it should have are missing. This is caused by the implementation of new products that affects human health. White flour has the half of nutrients than the original grain. This causes the contamination and the destruction of pancreatic beta cells, this one’s helps the body in the creation of insulin. When you have consumed enough white flour the risk of acquiring diabetes will increase. So we can say that white bread, bran bread, pastries breads contain no vitamins or minerals, while favoring cavities, cancer, cholesterol and diabetes.

Pasteurization of milk kills bacteria, along with the bad and destroys enzymes essential for the absorption of nutrients.
