Features of RECA Diaflex Diamond Blades

Better Hold – The segments of the disc are through laser-welded onto the disc core. This guarantees the very best segment hold across the full segment width. This excellent segment hold also applies when reverse cutting and on discs which have been worn.

Higher Precision Cut – The RECA Diaflex blade is manufactured from three layered metal sheets, ‘sandwiched’ together, instead of just the one plate. This ensures a smooth running blade, producing a higher precision cut.

RS10 Quality – R = Reliability, S = Strength and 10 = Hardest grade of diamond.

The principle is: When in doubt, choose a diamond blade for hard material with a softer bond, these discs simply cut better! The right blade for each application!

RECA Diaflex RS10A The RS10A is our premium disc for asphalt and has an extremely hard bond, segment height 7mm. The risk of severe under cutting is greatly suppressed by the use of drop segments (300mm and

above) thus disrupting the abrasive spoil at the base of the cut. Dia. 400mm upwards are supplied with special protective segments to combat reverse cutting. The RS10A can be used with asphalt, stone, sandstone, fine clay, lightweight aerated concrete

blocks and all abrasive materials.

The specialist disc for tiles. Very soft bond, segment height 8mm, with continuous rim. For use on tiles, thin granite, marble slabs, glass and ceramics.

RECA Sharpening Stone

A manmade block purposely designed for sharpening diamond blades. The ultra abrasive block is used to create a new sharp edge. The particles abrade the alloy matrix to reveal fresh, sharp diamonds. The sharpening stone eliminates the need to find blocks of sand stone, or other similar abrasive materials, that can be bulky or difficult to obtain.

The RS10M blade is designed for the removal of mortar between brickwork.

Designed with incredibly hard segments, straight through laser welding and tungsten wear retarding strips, this blade will last and last in the tough job of mortar raking.

The clearing of mortar from between bricks creates a hostile environment for a diamond blade. Sand and cement mix is very abrasive and would destroy a normal disc in a very short time.
