Adjustment: put 4 cones in a box form in the 8-10m arc. Use all 4 cones as pivot points

Emphasis: once your feet enter the box, they don’t stop moving.

Defensive Emphasis• Defender maintains good defensive position;

works her triangle (ball, attacker and goal)– Complication: until the last ball is passed, she will

not know with 100% certainty which feeder

• Attacker does not use the cone now; defender instead.
