tank(4),andfeedtodesandercone(6)withpressureforcentrifugalseparation,thesolids/sandwas
dischargedtouppershaker(3)fromtheoutletnippleofthedesandercone.Afterdewateringprocessof
theuppershaker(3),thenesolidswasseparatedout.Themudpassedtheuppershakerscreenreturns
backtorecyclingtank(4),thecleanmudenteredintointermediarytank(7)throughdesanderconeoverow
pipe.Themudintheintermediarytank(7)willgooutthroughoutletpipe(9)orgobacktorecyclingtank(4)
dependsontheuidlevelintherecyclingtank.
Inthemudcirculationprocess,thereisauidsleveloatswitch(8)betweenintermediarytank(7)andrecyclingtank(4),itcanbalancetheuidslevelintherecyclingtank(4).Whenmudlevelislowinthe
recyclingtank(4)theoverowfromthedesanderwillenterrecyclingtank(4)throughtheintermediary
tank(7).Whenthemudlevelistoohighintherecyclingtank(4),themudwilloverowtotheintermediary
tank(7)andgooutfromtheoutletpipe(9).Ifoperatorswanttogethighqualitycleanuids,thefeeding
capacitytothesystemcanbereduced,andtherepeatcleaningprocesstogettheresult.
