judges will be volunteers. Please consider

donating a case of water or individually-

wrapped snacks or food items for our judges,

superintendents, and other volunteers. Contact

Sarah or Kristen if you are interested in

donating. Thank you for your consideration!

forms instead!

Photographs of Exhibits

Before packing up your projects, take a photo

of you with all your projects! (Food projects

can be included or send another photo later if

you would like.) Then, take a photo of you with

your favorite project.

Photos might be utilized to showcase exhibits

online or in the newspapers.

4-H projects can be picked up from the 4-H Building three separate times. Projects will not be stored, so please make arrangements for someone else to get your projects if the following times do not work for you:

Wednesday, July 1 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Wednesday, July 1 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Wednesday, July 15 from 4 to 8 p.m.

Thursday, July 16 from 4 to 8 p.m.

Premium Payouts

Premiums will be available during project pick

up on Wednesday, July 15 and Thursday, July

16 (see above).

Change from Previous Years: Premiums

will be available at the Fair Office in Madison

from July 17 to August 1. Premiums not picked

up by August 1 are forfeit.

4-H Chevrons and Armbands

To show livestock and small animals, you must wear the 4-H emblem on either a t-shirt, armband, or chevron. Purchase 4-H chevrons at the fairgrounds. Email [email protected]
