Black Friday is over, but the shopping continues.

According to NRF’s Thanksgiving Weekend Spending Survey conducted by Prosper Insights & Analytics, 86.9 million shoppers1 were hitting the stores or the Internet on Black Friday. With no signs of the shopping stopping until the end of the year, retailers will need to stay on top of their game providing the best service, prices, and seamless experience to power through sales goals and overall shopper satisfaction.
