Catering • The minimum catering for any function being held at Quest Knox is $12.50 per

Security Management have the right to enforce security for any function being held at Quest Knox (at clients expense). For all 18th / 21st birthday parties - security is compulsory. Bond Prior to an event being held at Quest Knox a $500 bond is compulsory. This can be arranged either with a credit card authorization or cash. It is our mission to make your event as stress free and exciting as possible. If you require any further information on any of the above services please talk to your function coordinator who will be able to give you all the details you require.

FUNCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONFIRMATION. Confirmation of the booking by the client must be made in writing within 14 days of the tentative reservation. Otherwise the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the venue to another client. SECURITY DEPOSIT. A Minimum deposit of 25% must be made at the time of confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable. PAYMENT. Total payments will be paid 7 days prior of the event unless prior written arrangements have been made with the Quest Knox. All approved credit arrangements require full payment within 7 days of the function. GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT. The client signatory agrees with the Quest Knox that it is personally liable to pay all monies payable to Quest Knox pursuant to this agreement. CANCELLATION. Cancellation within 14 days of the event will incur a fee of 100% of anticipated revenue. FINAL ATTENDANCE. Details of the guaranteed minimum number of guests attending the event is required three (3) working days prior to the event and the charges will rendered accordingly. Should a guaranteed number not be received, the expected attendance will be taken as final. PRICES. All prices are current at the time of quotation and are subject to revision by Quest Knox prior to signing the contract. Furthermore, prices are quoted inclusive of a 10% GST. A 15% surcharge applies to all public holidays and Sundays. ROOM RENTAL CHARGE. Unless otherwise negotiated and planned, meeting room rental charges are dependant on the time period required, the number of guests in attendance and the overall catering requirements. ROOM ALLOCATION. Quest Knox reserves the right to assign an alternative meeting room for the organized meeting in the event that the apartment meeting room originally designated shall be unavailable or is inappropriate in the opinion of Quest Knox. COMMENCEMENT AND VACATING OF ROOMS. The client agrees to begin the function and vacate the designated meeting space at the scheduled times agreed upon. In the event that a meeting should go beyond the agreed finishing time and if any following clients/guests of Quest Knox are inconvenienced, Quest Knox reserves the right to charge whatever costs are reasonably incurred to ensure the Smooth operation of that meeting/event. DISPLAYS & SIGNAGE. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to any wall, door or surface or part of the building. Any signage in the properties public areas must be approved by Quest Knox prior to the event. DAMAGES. Clients are financially responsible for any damage sustained to the Quest property and its contents and property owned or in the care or custody of the property by the client, client’s guests, invitees or other persons attending the event. A bond of $500 cash or a credit card authority will be required prior to the event taking place. This will be refunded at the conclusion of the event, subject to no damage occurring during the function. In the event that the bond provided; 12.1 is in the form of cash, the cost of any damage will be deducted from the amount held. If the

cost of the damage exceeds the amount held, the Client will be required to immediately pay the difference between the cost of the repairs and the bond provided; or

12.2 is in the form of a credit card authority, the cost of any damage will be charged to the credit card provided.

SECURITY. All birthday parties/sporting events or any other event at which the management of Quest Knox believe security is required is to be present. Crowd Security is to be present at the expense of the client. SET UP & DELIVERY. Clients are responsible for all costs associated with set-up and breakdown of function. RESPONSIBILITY. Quest Knox will not accept any responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise left in the property or meeting area prior to, during or after the event. Clients should arrange their own insurance and/or security. All clients goods must be removed from the properties premises no more than 24 hours after the event. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY. By accepting the terms, conditions and agreements; the client acknowledges and warrants that it has informed all relevant persons involved in the event/function of the Quest Knox’ terms and conditions. LAWS, REGULATIONS. At no time will the Client commit any act or permit its employees, agents or invitees to commit any act that is illegal, noisome, offensive or is in breach of the properties rules. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. Subject to amendments as specified in any subsequent Meeting Event Order form agreed to in writing by both parties, the Meeting event order and these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations and agreements in relation to the event/function.
