• Graduate from DTU Design & Innovation.• Thesis on utilizing wind resource in the built environment (2008).• Co-founded EdgeFlow Aps in 2009 (www.edgeflow.dk).• Co-founders: PLH Architects, SEED Capital (investor) & Henning Solfeldt• Currently CEO of EdgeFlow.• Has led the company through two full scale prototypes iterations, • ... and three succesful funding rounds.• Large network within the Danish entrepreneurship sector.

• 2012 Jakob and Tom took over the course as a team and it’s now our passion and hobby horse.

• 2012 the focus was on Start-ups

• As this course is 10 ects – so you need to do extra work!

• You will have very few assignment of extra reading material, but when it is asked for it is pretty essential!

• Instead you are asked to focus on:– Applying what you are learning to developing your

product and business– Get engaged in the entrepreneurial networks and

events around Copenhagen

• Practical and applied rather than theoretical, everything should be geared towards making your product better and your business stronger.

Mid Term Presentation in front of other groups describing process and directions of your project.

VC Business Plan

A joint deliverable with your CBS colleagues (and inventor) using VC template.

Product Report

A 10 page report on the technical specifications of your product (appendices are allowed).

VideoA 2 minute video either pitching for funding, promoting your product and selling your team and process.

Investment Pitch

5min Investment pitch in front or real investors with cross examination. Get them hooked then get try to get their money.

Exam15 minute presentation introducing your task, your process and your final solution followed by 15minute cross examination.
