Revised Syllabus for Diploma Course in Arabic

Duration of the Course: One Academic Year

Eligibility: A candidate for being eligible for admission to the course must have passed Certificate course in Arabic +S.S.C. (Std. X) Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Examination or of a recognized by the University of Mumbai or Body recognized as equivalent thereto. Tuition Fee: Rs. 1200/-

One paper of three hours carrying – 100 marks

C. Essays and Conversation: Drill of oral conversation in Arabic will commence from the first lecture only.

Oral Examination

Oral Exam carries 50 marks which will include Dictation, Arabic Conversation and Reading etc. out of 50 marks; a candidate has to secure at least 25 marks to clear the exam.
