• The majority of the conference will be held in the Joe Jack Wilson Ballroom.
• The ballroom has 6,534 square feet of space which can comfortably hold all of our guests.
• In the Theatre Style seating the room can seat 450 people.
• In the Reception style seating the ballroom can hold 550 people for the dinners.

Cancellation Policy
– “Conference contract allows for conference cancellation at no penalty or legal liability to either party due to natural disasters and/or terrorist attacks. It is the responsibility of the conference hotel to contact NASSM one year prior to the conference in the event of significant changes to the contract between NAASM and the hotel. If the provision is violated, it shall be the hotel’s responsibility to cover the additional expenses the host institutions and NASSM incur as a result of the change including hotel construction, overbooking with another conference, unavailability of required number of breakout0 rooms, etc.”
