which a person repeatedly eats large amounts of food at one time

• Choose lean meats, low-fat dairy foods, baked instead of fried.

• Eat slowly and chew your food well• It takes 20 minutes for your brain to get the

signal that your stomach is full• Do not lose more than ½ to 1 pound a week• Eat smaller servings• Drink lots of water
