Two units may have the same cata-logue number yet may incorporate components ofdifferent design modifications. The U.I. Number Indexgives the page number for required parts, and allows theperson receiving parts order to double check in case ofan error in ordering.

Reading the Attachment NameplateCascade's nameplate is riveted to the clamp frame.This plate shows clamp size and model, type, ratedcapacity, serial, unit identification and cataloguenumbers.The serial and unit identification numbers are stampedunder the nameplate as well as on the nameplate itself.

Parts IndexWhen using the parts list index, first locate the U.I.numberon the attachment nameplate. List this number and referto the index located in the front of this manual. Locateyour U.I. number in the first column. Columns to the rightwill refer you to the proper page number for a particularparts group.

IntroductionIntroductionCe manuel comprend les pièces de rechange des 45FPince à Bobines Cascade. Pour repérer une référencede pièces, il convient de se référer d'abord au tableaud'identification des sous-ensembles.Les manuels pour les produits spéciaux sont reconnuspar la référence AED suivie d'un numéro et mentionnésur la couverture du manuel.Les références de pièces figurent sous chaque sousensemble et parfois indiqués par une flèche rouge.Les quantités indiquées sont celles nécessaires pour unensembles complet sauf mention contraire.

Lecture de la plaque d'identificationUne plaque CASCADE est rivetée ou coullée sur lechassis de la pince, les informations mentionnées sont:le taille et le modèle, le type, la capacité, le numéro desérie, la références et le numéro du catalogue (voir fig.1)Le numéro de série et la référence sont égalementgravéssous la plaque.

ImportantLes manuels couvrant les produits standard ne sont pasinterchangeables avec les manuels AED.Lors d'une commande de pièces il est préférable 'indiquerle numéro de série de l'accessoire, la références et ladésignation.Pour toutes informations consulter votre constructeur dechariots.

Numéro de référenceCe numéro indique la composition des sous ensemblesde la Pince à Bobines.Deux accessoires peuvent avoir le même numéro decatalogue et cependant avoir une composition différente.Cette référence permet de localiser la référence despièces et de vérifier la commandé.

Index des piècesLors de l'utilisation de l'index il convient en premier lieu derelever le numéro de référence de la Pince à Bobines etse reperter l'index pour connaître les sous-ensembles.
