Farnan receives Farmers Mutual Insurance
Company scholarship
Farmers Mutual Insurance Company of Nodaway County awarded Taryn Farnan a $1,000 scholarship towards her col-lege education. Taryn is a senior at Northeast Nodaway R-V School and plans to attend North Central Missouri College to become a Registered Nurse.
Taryn was involved in FFA, FBLA, National Honor Soci-ety, basketball, and track. Her leadership roles and honors include FFA Treasurer and Sentinal, Scholar Athlete Award, All-Conference Basketball, FFA Star Greenhand and FFA Leadership Award. She is also involved in her church, com-munity events, and works 2 part time jobs.
