Don’t make them work too hardIt’s hard to get people to buy your product. The least you can do is streamline the path to the sale as much as possible.

Erecting pointless hoops for visitors to jump through is a very effective way to kill the sale. So don’t make visitors sit through an animation to get to your website.

Some sites just look awful or have limited or poor content. Others are slow and cumbersome or have a terrible user experience.

Others still have shoddy shops that infuriate buyers, or worse still, no shop at all to monetise the traffic.
