How to add a new slide?

1. You look for insert in the bar tool.

2. Then you look on it for new slide and you click on it.

• Then when you click on new slide there are going to appear some slide designs and you can chose one to be the design you want to appear in your slide.

Click on one and It is going to Appear in your sSlide.

How to add custom animation?

1. To design a slide you have to click on slide show in the tool bar.

2. Then you click on custom animation.

1. After clicking in custom animation it is going to appear a big square at the right side of your slide so it says add effects. (you have to click on it9)

2. Later of clicking on add effects at its side appear a Square that says entrance, emphasis, exit or motion Paths so you chose the type of animation you want (forDoing this you have to click on the picture or thing youWant to anime.

How to add background?

1. To add a background to your slide you have to click on format.

2. After clicking in format you click in background and Appears a little box.

• When appear the little box click on a little arrow that show the bottom and click on more colors or fill effects and choose the color you want to put in your slide background.

After clicking on it you select your color and click on Apply or apply to all.

Slide transition

1. To add a slide transition you have to click on slide show.

2. Then click on slide transition and it is going to appear A big box at the right side of your slide.

• Then when the big box appear in the first box (slide transitions) you can put all the transitions you want and in modify transition you can put the velocity of it.

1. To add a slide design you only have to click on design in the tool bar.

2. After clicking in design it is going to appear a big box

At the right side of your slide with a lot of slide designs

So click on the one you like to put in your slide.

How to insert a picture (from clip art)

1. To insert a slide from click art you have to click on insert.

2. Then after clicking on picture click on picture and it Is going to appear a little box.

1. When the little box appear there is going to say clip art click on that.

2. Then you click on it and it is going to appear a box On the right side of your slide. And then were it says SEARCH FOR: write the name of the picture you want.

Search for
