Sun 19 May 2013. Time: 9.30am – noon With thanksgiving to God, the Council of our church

would like to exhort each of you to come especially

to our 2013 AGM Worship Service.

Important notes: • Election of New Deacon & Deaconess

The Elders are pleased to commend the following for election to serve the Lord

as Deacon/Deaconess at the coming AGM: 1) Samuel Ng 2) Janis Pang

• Copies of the Church’s 2012 Annual Report, Audited Accounts and Minutes of

last AGM are available to members only outside the Annex upon request.

• Members are strongly encouraged to exercise due diligence to peruse the reports

distributed. In the interest of giving more opportunities for prayerfully

considered questions and answers within the understandable constraints of time

during the AGM, the Council invites members who have questions/

suggestions to submit their questions/suggestions in writing to the Church

Secretary either by hand or email [email protected], by 12 May 2013 for

proper processing. Please remember to include your full name. During the

AGM, priority will be given to oral clarifications arising out of answers to

pre-submitted questions.

• Your children’s needs are still looked after as the Creche, KSS and JSS will

have their OPEN Sunday from 9.30am .

• Grow@Noon will not have worship service but congregate for small group

sessions at 12.30pm

• Chinese Ministry members will jointly participate in this service from the

Chapel (via video cross-over at 10am).

• A simple buffet lunch celebration follows the AGM. Please note there will

therefore NOT be the usual 8am and 10am services.
