their resources by producing, exchanging, and using goods and services.

• Scarcity- Conflict between desire and limited resources.

• Resources- – Natural:– Capital- – Human-

• classifications– Unlimited Resources- Solar– Limited- Oil, Money, gold, etc.

• High Level of development- Well educated, good health, have decent salaries.

• Low Level of development- Few jobs, poor services, low literacy rates.

make sure they are carried out, and settle disagreements about them.

• Limited = everyone must obey the laws (democracy and republic) (U.S. & India)

• Unlimited = rulers do whatever they want. (totalitarianism) (Mussolini, Stalin, Hitler)

• Citizen = legal member of a country.
